The LAW in Mississippi states 20% AGI child support for 2 children and he was willing to settle with the other attorney for less than 20% net and didn't even try to get medical insurance ordered for my children. When I didn't take the deal, the court date was rescheduled and I was told that I would have to pay a lot more to take it back to court or find another attorney.
Unless you are planning for a no-fault divorce or want to throw your money into the wind for NO representation, don't plan to use Jim Arnold as your attorney for divorce or child support modification because he has NO ethics . He is only out for the easy money and will toss you under the truck to keep from having to actually work for the money you pay him. He may be cheaper but trust me, you don't even get what you pay for.
